Health Department officials said that Gulian-Barry syndrome (GBS) cases are continuously increasing in Pune and some other districts of Maharashtra. Its number has now increased to 130. So far, two patients of Pune 56 -year -old woman in the state and a man in Solapur district have died due to suspected GBS. Officials said on Thursday that three new suspected infection cases were registered on the previous day.

So far a total of 130 suspected patients and two suspected deaths have been recorded. Of these, 73 have been found to be strong cases of GBS. 25 patients are from Pune Municipal Corporation areas. 13 Pimpri-Chinchwad from newly added villages under 74 PMC are from Municipal Corporation areas, nine from Pune Rural and nine from other districts.
Gulian-Barry syndrome (GBS) is a serious disease and it occurs suddenly in which the veins begin to swell. Our body has a layer called myelin sheet which is necessary to function properly. Talking about the symptoms of Gulian-Barry syndrome, first weakness in the feet begins. This weakness grows upwards in the body. It can begin with any viral infection like cold, cough or diarrhea. This syndrome can be done by any surgery and vaccine.
After which our immune system attacks our body. Its symptoms spread rapidly. However, the good thing is that in most cases. Things become stable within a week. But in 20 percent of cases, the patient needs to be kept on ventilator. & Nbsp;
