The leaves of the white Aak plant are as thick as the banyan leaves. The leaves turn yellow when ripe and ready to fall. Its flowers are small and appear in clusters. The flowers may have colored lines but are mainly white in colour. Its fruits are the size of mango fruit and are filled with white cotton-like structures.

- Aak plant can be planted in the middle of the fire angle of the house, south-east or in the north direction.
- White Aak plant should be planted near or in front of the main gate of the house or it can be kept outside the house near the gate.

- Plant Aak plant on which auspicious day like Poornima, Ekadashi, Mangal or Monday.
